I'm the bird for words. For almost 30 years I've been writing, editing, proof checking and supporting with all things wordy. 

I've worked for agencies, I've been in-house at multi-nationals and I've created copy for start-ups, charities and SMEs. I've been freelance for more than 20 years. I've written web pages for Dyson's latest hairstyler, revamped the website for the wonderful Bluestone resort, as well as writing the website for Black Pool Mill, a new restaurant in Pembrokeshire. 

I have come up with tag lines for Mattel's products (yes, I am a Barbie girl), created advertising campaigns for Europass, and named mobile phone products for Vodafone Ireland. I was the content manager for the website of Microsoft TechEd, the biggest developer conference in Europe at the time. I once spent a month in Sweden working on a tender for a new mobile phone network for Orange. 

For two years I taught Advertising at the University of South Wales, and I work with academics across Europe to edit and proofread articles, book chapters and conference papers. I try to make sure they are communicating their ideas clearly and with less jargon.
